So after about half a year and tonnes of stuff going on i finally got back to this project and have started actually moving forward with it! Much excite!
I'm currently in the process of creating grey-box artwork on the speeder itself to replace and refine the white-box blockout mesh currently there. I always find getting out of white-box one of the hardest parts of a new project as you don't want to loose that feeling of being able to easily edit the shape and design of the vehicle. But once you have a solid base to work forward from getting new pieces finished is much easier!
As a recap, this was blockout as of last year, very loose and there were elements i still hadn't resolved at all.
And the progress so far, i will post a breakdown once the project is a bit further along on my main artstation page in addition to updating my blog posts, gonna try and keep to a schedule and post on here more often! These are just screen-grabs direct from 3ds max at the moment, i'm hoping to get it in UE4 once its a bit more fleshed out.
And on top of that I went and started a new POM sheet as i wasn't happy with the original one. This one still has spare room so i can add to it at a later date as well which is useful!
